We have everything you need right from microwave to cutlery and more. You can use our Pantry station anytime you need and take a quick break from work while ensuring that your space is clean and is not left with any food smell or bits.
However, we appreciate it if food is consumed on our Outdoor terrace.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the premises for the safety and health of fellow coworkers. Our Outdoor terrace is available for the same.

A Membership plan offered to you by Hour Space which gives you a commitment-free and cost-effective option to use our workspaces. Under this plan you can choose from an hourly pass to a full day or week pass (6 days of working in a month).
a)Pay by the Hour: 275+18% GST=Rs.349 for up to 3 hours in one day
b)Day Pass: Rs.550+18%GST=Rs.649 per day
c)Week Pass: Rs.2800+18%GST=Rs.3304 i.e 6 working days in a month
The benefits of a Flexible Membership is that its for one-time use, immediate and hassle-free booking with various options provided to suit your requirement from hourly to weekly use.

Virtual Office does not come with a physical space and is considered as a different membership in and of itself. In order to use the physical space you may book with us our Pay by the Hour, Day Pass or Meeting Room services, prices of which are mentioned on our website.
You can rent out a Meeting room, Day Pass or Pay by the Hour plan whichever plan you may deem to be appropriate, charged at an additional cost as mentioned on our website.
5. What is the difference between Virtual Office A and Virtual Office B?With Virtual Office A Hour Space provides you with all necessary documents in order to get your company GST registered. Whereas under Virtual Office B we only provide white labelling service, that is use of Hour space address on your company website, google maps or on any social media handles.
As per Virtual Office A, we give the Hour Space address for GST registration as well as white labeling(use of hour space address on the company website, google maps, or on any social media) whereas for Virtual Office B we only provide white labeling.
With Virtual Office A you can use the Hour Space address for GST registration and for this we provide the documents such as NoC, Leave and License Agreement & Utility Bills. We also offer online GST portal registration services at an additional cost.
We provide the following amenities under Virtual Office A; a. All necessary documents required for company GST registration, b. Company display at our reception area, c. White labelling, that is Hour Space address as your branch office or correspondence for your company website, google maps and social media handles, d. Mail and package handling at the Front Desk (courier charges not included)
Following is the list of documents required before commencing your Virtual Office A membership; a. Company documents such as License number, Pan Card, Bank account proof, and GST registration certificate (if applicable), b. Director/Owner; Any two partner’s government ID with address proof such as Aadhar Card or passport along with Pan Card, c. Contact and email details of both the above.
A Minimum of 11 months is required to register for Virtual Office A and the total amount payable for 11 month period as a one-time payment is 33,000rs + 18% GST i.e. Rs.3000 + 18% GST per month only. One month equivalent security deposit is also applicable.

Yes absolutely, you may keep your belongings on your reserved Hot Desk itself. However if you wish to store your confidential or valuable items in a locker, we provide three different sizes of lockers all at the rate of Rs.750+18% GST per month.
Yes, visitors are allowed at the reception area only. However if your guest or visitor needs to use the desk at the Shared workspace, then additional charges will be applicable as per the plans such as Pay by hour or Day Pass. Kindly note we provide complimentary one visitor at the Shared workspace per month to our monthly members.
Yes, our monthly members using Hot desk will have access to the Meeting room at half price i.e Rs.275+ 18% GST against our standard price i.e Rs.550+18%GST. You are required to reserve the Meeting room at least 2 hours prior to the desired start time. Maximum 15 persons can be accommodated in the outdoor space at a time.
